1 Acceptance of terms

By accessing TherianDate (hereinafter "the Platform"), whether through our mobile application, website, or waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform. Continued use after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2 Service description

TherianDate is a dating and connection platform designed specifically for the therian, otherkin, furry, and allied communities. Our service includes:

• Personalized profiles with therian/otherkin identity
• Matchmaking system based on affinities
• Messaging between compatible users
• Communities and meeting spaces

3 Age requirement

TherianDate is strictly intended for people over 18 years of age. By registering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

If we discover that a user is underage, we will:

• Immediately suspend their account
• Delete all their personal data
• Prevent future registrations from the same identification data

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe a minor has accessed the Platform, contact us at early@theriandate.com immediately.

4 Your account

By creating an account on TherianDate you commit to:

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials
• Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access
• Not create more than one account per person
• Not share your account with third parties

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. TherianDate will not be responsible for losses derived from the unauthorized use of your account when you have breached this duty of custody.

5 Rules of conduct

TherianDate is a safe space. It is strictly prohibited to:

• Harass, threaten or intimidate other users
• Post hate speech based on identity, race, religion, sexual orientation or any other condition
• Impersonate other people or entities
• Distribute explicit sexual content without the express consent of all involved
• Share personal data of third parties without their consent (doxxing)
• Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial activities or spam
• Attempt to access systems or data of other users in an unauthorized manner
• Post illegal content under Spanish law or the user's country of residence

Failure to comply may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the account, without the right to a refund of any active subscription.

6 User content

By uploading or posting content on TherianDate (photos, texts, messages), you retain ownership of such content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Show your content to other users according to your privacy settings
• Store and make backups of the content
• Adapt the technical format when necessary to provide the service

This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except to the extent that it is necessary for technical or legal reasons.

You declare and warrant that you have the necessary rights to the content you post and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

7 Intellectual property

The name TherianDate, logo, app design, source code, algorithms, and other elements of the Platform are the exclusive property of TherianDate or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Platform in accordance with these terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform without express written authorization.

8 Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.

We understand that therian and otherkin identity is sensitive information. We apply specially reinforced technical and organizational measures to protect this type of data.

9 Limitation of liability

TherianDate is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TherianDate shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform
• Conduct of other users on or off the Platform
• Data loss due to causes other than our gross negligence
• Service interruptions due to force majeure

10 Modifications of the terms

TherianDate reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes:

• We will notify you by email at least 15 days in advance
• We will publish the new version with the update date
• If you do not agree, you can delete your account before the effective date
